Valiadis SA Returns to SMM

Valiadis Hellenic Motors returned to SMM Hamburg from 6 to 9 September 2022, once again participating as part of the HEMEXPO presence at the exhibition.

Four years had passed since Valiadis first participated in SMM in 2018. The 2020 edition had been interrupted by the global pandemic, making the 2022 exhibition an important return to face-to-face meetings for the international maritime industry.

For Valiadis, SMM provided the opportunity to reconnect with customers and partners from around the world and to present its electric motor solutions for marine and offshore applications to a broad international audience.

Back in Hamburg

Throughout the exhibition, the Valiadis team met shipowners, shipyards, marine engineers and equipment specialists, discussing new motors, replacement requirements, special applications and technical support for vessels and marine installations.

Returning to Hamburg after four years confirmed SMM as an important meeting point for Valiadis and the international marine market.

Valiadis would return to SMM Hamburg again in 2024, continuing the presence that had begun in 2018.
